Melissa Murray is the Founder and Owner of Mox Agency, bringing more than 30 years of experience designing and managing high-level corporate meetings and events across Africa, Asia, South America, Europe, and North America. She launched her company in 2001, starting at a card table in her basement, and grew it into an internationally recognized, award-winning firm celebrated for creativity, operational excellence, and unforgettable experiences.

Throughout her career, Melissa has led complex global programs, executive meetings, and large-scale conferences, earning multiple top industry honors from peer organizations for program design, décor, and overall production excellence.

 

A proud mother of three grown children and husband to an amazing husband  - Jim, Melissa is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, biking, and swimming, pursuits that mirror the energy and resilience she brings to her work. Deeply committed to giving back, she volunteers with MANNA FoodBank to support the local community and is a passionate dog lover who actively supports several animal rescue initiatives throughout the region.
